Of course, Madrid are a club reportedly desperate to sign Mbappe, so they will have their finger on the pulse with any updates on the Frenchman, and to be honest, this does make a lot of sense.
Mbappe has been strongly linked to Liverpool in the past. In fact, earlier this month one journalist claimed they have a plan to sign Mbappe.
Can Liverpool pull this off? Time will only tell, but if they do, you can only imagine what type of frenzy the fanbase would be sent into.
