Darren Bent has claimed that Arsenal have to sign the ‘brilliant’ Raphinha from Leeds United over Tottenham, as he told talkSPORT.
The former Tottenham striker added that, if Arsenal have ‘any ambition’, then they will try to lure the Brazil international away from Leeds.
Many clubs across Europe, including both Spurs and Arsenal, are keen to sign the 25-year-old Leeds trickster, who has lit up the Premier League for the past two seasons.

Despite the Whites fighting relegation last season, having a thin squad, dealing with injury after injury and changing manager.
Someone like Raphinha still stood tall with his performances, including scoring 11 Premier League goals, as Bent sent this clear message about his future.
“He was brilliant last season for Leeds,” said Bent. “But again Arsenal, if they have any ambition, they have to somehow get this one over the line ahead of Spurs.
“If Spurs jump in and get him as well, then wow! They are building. But they are buying players that are ready to go right now.
“If Spurs go and sign Raphinha, then they have Kulusevski there and Son. So, it’s about making the squad thicker.”

WHO SHOULD RAPHINHA SIGN FOR?
As much as the Leeds faithful want to keep their star man, it seems as though he will be heading for the exit door this summer.
If that’s the case, then who should the all-action winger sign for? Stay in the Premier League? Or move abroad where Barcelona are also keen on his talents?
Well, at Spurs, whilst he would be playing Champions League football, he won’t get ahead of at least two of Tottenham’s forward line – Heung-Min Son and Harry Kane.
But, at Arsenal, he would walk into their XI, especially given that they have fewer proven stars and much younger players than their rivals.
