There are growing fears that Everton youngster Ademola Lookman could leave Goodison Park this summer.

According to the Telegraph, Marcel Brands is planning talks with Ademola Lookman in midweek to convince Ademola Lookman to stay with Everton.

Lookman was sent out on loan to Red Bull Leipzig by Sam Allardyce in January, and he impressed in the Bundesliga.

The youngster has now proven he is ready for first-team football, but there are question marks over how much game time he will get at Everton.

Sam Allardyce overlooked the winger, much to the frustration of the Goodison Park crowd, and there are now some doubts over his future.

But Brands wants to keep the prospect at Everton, and if he manages to convince him to stay, he will instantly be in credit with Toffees fans.

Brands is only just getting to work at Everton, with the new director of football looking to re-shape his squad.

There is a feeling that Lookman could make a big impact on Merseyside next term, if he is given a chance by Everton’s new manager.

And keeping the attacker at Everton will go down as a very popular first move from the Dutchman.
