Leeds star is out for the season.

Barry Douglas’ incredible form for Wolves last season was always going to be hard to replicate.
The left-back scored five goals and provided 14 assists, the sort of figures an attacking playmaker would be proud of.
So his spell at Leeds has been comparatively underwhelming, with Douglas failing to score even once.
Now he is out for the rest of the season, suffering a knee injury against Millwall.
Yet the £3 million summer signing can hold his head high, and know he has played a valuable role in Leeds’ promotion charge.

Douglas’ assist for Luke Ayling’s goal against Millwall was a season altering moment, helping Leeds fight back from 2-1 down to equalise, and set up a 3-2 win.
It was his fifth assist of the season. Not as much as last season for Wolves, but good numbers for a left-back all the same.
Now it is up to his teammates to see the job out, with Leeds sitting in second place.
If there is a promotion party at the end of the season, Douglas can hold his head high knowing he played a key role, despite his bad luck with injuries.
