Could the future of a Leeds United player be linked to a reported target for Celtic?

Could a report about Leeds United’s Jay-Roy Grot be of some interest to Celtic? Potentially.
According to The Yorkshire Evening Post, the towering Leeds striker is a target for Hearts who, incidentally, have a striker linked with a move to Celtic.
Uche Ikpeazu, like Grot, is a tall, powerful centre-forward and it makes little sense for the Jambos to have both types of front men.
With that in mind, it seems logical that if Craig Levein wants the Dutch marksman then maybe, just maybe, Ikpeazu could be on the move.
The Scottish Sun claimed in April that the Hoops were keen on signing the big striker and perhaps Grot’s potential switch to Tynecastle would alert Celtic boss Neil Lennon.
Rangers were also linked, but Steven Gerrard has since signed Greg Stewart and, with Kyle Lafferty already there, Ikpeazu to Ibrox doesn’t sound plausible.
The 24-year-old Englishman scored eight goals across 21 starts for Levein’s side in all competitions last season.
Grot, 21, joined the Elland Road side two years ago but spent last season on loan with VVV-Venlo in the Eredivisie following a poor first year in Yorkshire.
