Huddersfield manager David Wagner celebrates after the game
Huddersfield Town are already preparing for their debut campaign in the Premier League after beating Reading in the Championship playoff final to confirm their place in the top flight.
According to the Scottish Sun that includes a deal to sign Fraizer Campbell from Crystal Palace on a free transfer once his current contract at Selhurst Park has expired at the end of June.

Campbell was born in Huddersfield and is likely to be tempted back to his hometown club, while Terriers manager David Wagner wants to bring in players with experience in the English top tier.
Yet while the 29-year-old has played in the Premier League with a number of sides and was once considered one of the brightest English talents, he is no longer what Wagner needs to avoid relegation next season.
Campbell scored just one goal in 13 appearances during his last year at Palace, to add to the seven he had netted in the previous two years. In 150 top flight games the forward has a fairly disappointing return of 18 goals.

Campbell’s best scoring streaks have come during stints with Hull City and Cardiff City when both clubs were in the Championship.
He may have a cap for England, but this former Manchester United trainee’s level is clearly in the second tier and is not what Huddersfield need for their 2017/18 scrap.
