Rangers attacker Joe Dodoo could return to Ibrox in January after a disappointing loan spell with Charlton.

Rangers attacker Joe Dodoo could be set to return to Ibrox in the January transfer window, according to the Watford Observer, after a disappointing spell on loan with Charlton Athletic – but what does that mean for two current Rangers players?
Dodoo, 22, scored on his debut for Karl Robinson’s side in a 4-3 win over Oldham Athletic but has since failed to hit the back of the net, with injuries severely hampering his progress.
It has seen the former Leicester City striker make just six senior appearances for the Addicks, and now he could reportedly see his season-long loan with the League One outfit cut short next month.

Rangers already boast plenty of players able to play out wide, in the likes of Josh Windass, Daniel Candeias, Niko Kranjcar and Declan John, as well as loanees Aaron Nemane and Dalcio.
But with just two Scottish Premiership appearances for Dalcio so far, could the Portuguese trickster Dalcio could see his loan cut short as he fails to have any sort of impact at Ibrox?
The 21-year-old has failed to do anything noteworthy in Glasgow as he remains well down the pecking order. His future is even more in doubt ahead of the January transfer window, with Pedro Caixinha being sacked.

Dalcio has failed to feature under interim manager Graeme Murty, despite the caretaker boss now being in charge for nine games in which the Gers have won six.
With Dodoo likely to return and adding more competition to the places on the flanks, then Dalcio’s chances of first-team game time are even less likely. The best move for the Benfica loanee would be to return to the Portuguese giants in January.
