Manchester United’s Eric Bailly is reportedly fearing for his future.

Manchester United picked up a 2-1 win over Arsenal on Sunday afternoon, but it wasn’t all positive for everybody associated with the Red Devils.
Marouane Fellaini’s late goal have fans something to celebrate, but the absence of defender Eric Bailly was a cause for concern for many supporters.
The 24-year-old centre back has endured a difficult campaign due to injuries, but was left out of the side to face Arsenal as Jose Mourinho went with Chris Smalling and Victor Lindelof in the heart of his defence.
Now, The Mirror report that Bailly is fearing for his United future after being left confused by his absence, with some concern that he could be sold on this summer, two years since signing from Villarreal.

Reports from the Daily Mail recently claimed that United are interested in Tottenham Hotspur defender Toby Alderweireld, in a move which would further push Bailly down the pecking order.
Yet with Daniel Levy somewhat difficult to deal with, United may struggle to land Alderweireld, especially with Spurs no doubt reluctant to sell to a Premier League rival – but Spurs should test United by asking for Bailly in return.
Forming a three-man defence of Davinson Sanchez, Jan Vertonghen and Bailly would be hugely appealing for Spurs, whilst having two of the game’s top young defenders in Sanchez and Bailly would set Mauricio Pochettino’s men up for the future.
Add in that Bailly may just aid Serge Aurier settle in at Tottenham given their history of playing together in the Ivorian national team, and Spurs should be looking to see if those reports about Bailly’s future are in fact true, as they look to prepare for life after Alderweireld.
