Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter in frustrated fashion after the club posted yet another video of Gabriel Martinelli.
If you were to take a look at Arsenal’s Twitter activity of late, you’ll see a number of videos showing the Brazilian scoring eye-catching goals at London Colney.
Another one emerged yesterday, in which the 19-year-old curled a fine effort into top-right corner from long range.
While that would usually please supporters, the Arsenal fans are growing sick of seeing Martinelli shine in training, but barely start any games.
Mikel Arteta has only handed the teenager three Premier League starts this season, as well as one start in the FA Cup and one in the Carabao Cup.
You can understand why the Spaniard might want to ease Martinelli back in, as the wonderkid only recently returned from a serious knee injury.
However, the Arsenal fans are getting impatient, and want to see more of their highly-rated prodigy from the first whistle.
You can’t blame them either.
Every time Martinelli steps out onto the pitch, he injects energy and drive into the game – he’s so exciting to watch.
With Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang also struggling in front of goal, many supporters are clearly desperate to see Arteta change things up top.
They’ve simply had enough of seeing Martinelli shine at London Colney, but warming the bench on matchday.
