The club must spend smartly in the summer again, and one deal which really would be impressive is if they decide to move for Brentford’s Andreas Bjelland.
The centre-back is out of contract this summer and looks set to leave Griffin Park.
Bjelland played a key role in Denmark’s World Cup qualification and is expected to be a starter at the tournament, where he could really create a market for himself.
This is why Leeds should try to secure him on a pre-contract deal now, and lock him down before it becomes impossible to sign him.

Bjelland has averaged more aerial duels won per game than Jansson this season, and recovered possession more times per game than his team.
Jansson still manages more tackles and interceptions, but comparatively Bjelland holds his own and the Scandinavian duo have the potential to forge a strong partnership.
The ideal option for Leeds would be to re-sign Kyle Bartley from Swansea, but if he remains unavailable, then a free move for Bjelland would be smart.
