This would make a lot of sense for Liverpool, especially if linked-away Naby Keita winds up leaving the club.
The former Leipzig star is linked with a move to AC Milan and despite it not really working out for him on Merseyside, Keita would still have to be replaced and Neves could be a fantastic option.
