Liverpool find themselves level on points with the sides at the top of the Premier League after 10 games.
Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino has told the club’s television channel that the Reds must continue their good play and run of form, stressing they have not achieved anything yet.
The Reds have made an impressive start to the season which has seen them take 23 points from their opening 10 games, meaning they sit third in the table but level on points with Manchester City and Arsenal who are ahead of them on goal-difference.

Firmino told LFCTV: “If we do not continue on this track until the end of the season, no one will remember us and we will not achieve anything.
“We have to continue on this track until the end. We have achieved nothing yet.”

It seems the players are keeping their feet on the ground at Anfield but are at the same time fully aware of the potential they have within the squad and what can be achieved this season.
After a campaign where they missed out on silverware in two finals, the very least they will want to see is some trophies in the cabinet this season, and it looks as if they will improve on their disappointing eighth place finish in the Premier League from last time out.

The holy grail for the Reds is the Premier League title, and their start to the season – coupled with some of the sides they have already managed to overcome – suggests they are in with a real chance of ending a wait that goes back to 1990 to becoming champions.
There are still improvements to the side to come, as manager Jürgen Klopp seems to emphasise after nearly every game. It is a simple case of taking one game at a time and seeing where it leads them.
