Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool have made an excellent start to the German’s first full season in charge.

Liverpool’s James Milner has said that manager Jurgen Klopp is one of the best he has worked with, the Liverpool Echo reports.
Milner has been played in a variety of positions since Klopp’s arrival almost a year ago, and has been converted into a left-back this season which has seen some success during the campaign so far.
The weekend saw Liverpool make it four consecutive wins in the Premier League after they came from a goal down to beat Swansea City 2-1 at the Liberty Stadium, with Milner scoring the winner from the penalty spot.

He is quoted in the Liverpool Echo, saying: “Jurgen is a top manager. Definitely up there with one of the best I’ve worked with.
“His organisation, his passion. The sessions he does are different to anything else I’ve ever experienced.
“It can only be a good thing. You see his enthusiasm when he’s bouncing on the touchline. The only thing you might say is ‘sometimes is he too emotional at times?’
“He’s a top manager and hopefully we can go on and become very successful with him.”

The Reds have seen glimmers of what Klopp can bring to them having narrowly missed out on silverware last season in two cup finals, while their early season promise – which sees them in fourth place in the Premier League and two points off the top – has generated some early season excitement this term.
Milner himself has experience of winning the Premier League title under two different managers in Roberto Mancini and Manuel Pellegrini at Manchester City, who must have had something about them in order to lead their sides to success.
Liverpool, and Milner, will be hoping all of this early season promise translates into some success over the course of the season and beyond. It appears they have a man in charge who has a real hunger, desire and know-how to deliver just that.
