Aston Villa are looking for a replacement for Steve Bruce.
Villa are believed to be considered placing Henry in charge, with Terry coming in as his number two.
Henry only has minimal experience in management, which he has gained by being Roberto Martinez’s assistant for Belgium.
Terry, meanwhile, has no senior coaching experience, but he is well known at Villa.
Terry spent last season at Villa Park, and caught the eye with his commanding performances at the back.
Terry’s professionalism was also noted by the Villa hierarchy, and there is a feeling he could make an excellent member of their management team.
Wright certainly feels that the inexperienced duo would help Villa, as the claret and blues look to recover from what has been a poor start.
“Henry was an unbelievable offensive player and Terry was unbelievable defensively,” Wright said. “If they get it right it seems very exciting.”
Villa only parted company with Steve Bruce last week, after a disappointing run of results.
The Villans are currently in 15th place in the Championship table, after losing to Millwall at the weekend.
