Ian Wright wants reported Everton target and Watford boss Marco Silva to succeed Arsene Wenger at Arsenal.

According to BBC Sport, Everton want to appoint Watford boss Silva as their new manager.
It has been reported that the Hornets have already turned down an approach from the Toffees for the Portuguese.
Arsenal legend Wright has suggested that he does not want Silva to leave Watford for Everton now.

The former England international wants the 40-year-old to succeed Arsene Wenger at Arsenal when the Frenchman’s contract at the Emirates Stadium runs out in the summer of 2019.
“He is one of those managers that you almost feel that he is destined for bigger and better things,” said Wright about Silva on BBC 606 5live on Sunday evening (6:38pm, November 19, 2017).
“We still have got a boss for another two years, but he is destined for bigger things. So hopefully Watford can keep him for two years.”

Meanwhile, Jermaine Jenas has suggested that Silva wants the Everton managerial job.
The former Tottenham midfielder has also compared the Portuguese to Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino.
Jenas said about Silva on The Friday Football Social show on BBC 5 live Sport last Friday evening (07:58pm, November 17, 2017): “I think he does anyway. I don’t think that is the issue.”
“When I look at him, he kind of sits similar in that mould of Pochettino,”added Jenas.
Everton are 16th in the Premier League table at the moment, while Watford are currently eighth in the standings and look to be heading towards a top-10 finish.
