Liverpool won’t have a better chance to win the top flight title than they have this season.

BT Sport pundit Ian Wright looks on prior to the Emirates FA Cup Semi-Final match between Arsenal and Manchester City at Wembley Stadium on April 23, 2017 in London, England.

Ian Wright shared how Liverpool will have to cope with extreme pressure over the next few months, with people already saying that if they don’t win this one, then it could be a really long time before they have a chance to do so again, as quoted by the Daily Star.

The Reds currently sit comfortably at the top of the table, two points clear of second placed Manchester City, and they have a game in hand – away at West Ham tonight.

Jürgen Klopp’s side have been quite simply brilliant to watch this season, what with their attractive, expansive, and free-flowing brand of football, but now might be the time when they need to start grinding out results.

Wright explained how this season represented their best chance of winning the Premier League title – something that he firmly believes they will do this time around, as quoted by the Daily Star:

“When you can feel the pressure from the fans, that’s what Liverpool are gonna have to deal with from now until the end of the season. People are already saying if Liverpool don’t win this one – which I believe they’re going to, they’re my team from the start, I picked them – if they don’t win this one then it’s gonna be a real long time again.”

Liverpool have some vitally important games to come over the next few weeks, none more so than their trip to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United on February 24th.

The Reds must ensure that they head into that clash having beaten West Ham and Bournemouth, however, if they are to be riding high on confidence leading up to the game against their fiercest rivals.
