In truth, from Arsenal’s perspective, it’s togetherness that is needed by everyone at the club because it will only continue to go one way if it doesn’t.
Even if the Arsenal board want to back Arteta for the long-run, they can only go a certain distance if the club continues in its current ways.
Arsenal are hovering above the relegation zone and if they drop into the bottom three during these coming weeks then it begs the question of how Arteta survives.
But with fans expecting the worse once again tonight, it may just fall in their favour and produce a positive result.
