Ian Wright claims that very few people have noticed just how talented Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones is.
Speaking on the Kelly and Wrighty Show, which was broadcast on Optus Sport, the Arsenal legend opened up about his admiration for the Liverpool youngster.
Jones has enjoyed a fine breakthrough season at Anfield, where he has really begun to establish himself as a first-team regular.
And Wright thinks that Liverpool’s struggles have overshadowed just how big a talent that Jurgen Klopp’s side now have in their ranks.
“They’re a very good team. Even someone like Curtis Jones has gone under the radar, because of the way they’ve performed, but he’s an unbelievable find.
“The way they have brought him in. He looks so comfortable in any scenario they put him in.
“Once it starts getting going and Liverpool can get on that winning run he’s only going to get better.”

It has hardly been the ideal time for any youngster to break into Liverpool’s team, given their struggles, but Jones has coped admirably.
The teenager has made 30 appearances across all competitions, and quickly proven that he can play a role in the senior squad.
Jones may have played more than even he expected this term, largely due to Liverpool’s injury problems, but he could yet have a key role to play between now and the end of the season.
The Reds are fighting to win their place back in the top four, and Jones’ creativity could help them achieve their aim.
