Leeds United striker Eddie Nketiah, on loan from Arsenal, scored for the England Under-21 side on Friday.

Arsenal legend Ian Wright has responded to Leeds United youngster Eddie Nketiah’s post on Instagram following his heroics for the England Under-21 side on Friday evening.
Nketiah, who joined Leeds on loan from Arsenal in the summer transfer window, was in action for the England Under-21 team against their Turkey counterparts in their opening Euro 2021 qualifier.
The 20-year-old striker scored twice for his side, first in the fourth minute and then on 74 minutes, as the Young Lions won 3-1.
The youngster has taken to Instagram to revel in his heroics, and former Arsenal striker Wright has responded to his message.
Wright responded: “Confidence.”
Rising star
Nketiah has been playing well in recent weeks, and his finishing has been outstanding.
The 20-year-old has scored one goal in 58 minutes of Championship football for Leeds so far this season, and he has also scored twice in two EFL Cup ties for Marcelo Bielsa’s side, according to WhoScored.
With Leeds aiming for promotion to the Premier League, Nketiah will be a key player for the Whites.
