Ian Wright has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to new Tottenham Hotspur player Matt Doherty deleting two previous posts about Arsenal on the social networking site.

Doherty completed his move from Wolverhampton Wanderers to Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday morning.

Just a couple of hours after the deal was announced, the Republic of Ireland international right-back deleted two previous tweets regarding Arsenal.

The 28-year-old is an Arsenal fan, and Tottenham posted a video of him deleting a couple of tweets from him regarding the Gunners.

Arsenal legend Wright has responded to the video on Twitter, as shown below.

Good signing for Tottenham Hotspur?

Doherty is a very good right-back who can also operate as a right wing-back, and he is a good signing for Tottenham.

Serge Aurier is a very good player, but the Ivory Coast international right-back needs competition.

Doherty is at the top of his game and has experience in the Premier League, and Spurs fans can expect him to make an immediate impact in the team, as Jose Mourinhoโ€™s side aim to finish in the top four of the Premier League table next season.
