Brighton and Hove Albion and Everton will face each other in the Premier League this afternoon.

Ian Wright, former Arsenal player, watches a match with members of the Arsenal Fan Club team during the Barclays Asian Trophy 2015 mini tournament on May 12, 2015 in Singapore.

Arsenal legend Ian Wright has told The Sun that Everton will fail to win against Brighton and Hove Albion this weekend.

Everton will take on Brighton away from home at the American Express Community Stadium in the Premier League this afternoon.

Former Arsenal striker Wright believes that the Toffees will fail to even pick up a point against the Seagulls.

Brighton manager Chris Hughton looks on during a Pre Season Friendly between Brighton & Hove Albion and Atletico Madrid at Amex Stadium on August 6, 2017 in Brighton, England.

“I know I’ve said Everton are struggling up top at present but sometimes you just get a feeling and I can see a 3-2 score line in this one,” Wright told The Sun.

“I’ll go for a 3-2 home win for the Seagulls at 21/5 with Gross, who has been involved in four of the Seagulls’ last five goals, looking a decent bet for the opener at 11/1.”

Ronald Koeman, Manager of Everton looks on during the Carabao Cup Third Round match between Everton and Sunderland at Goodison Park on September 20, 2017 in Liverpool, England.

Everton are struggling for points at the moment, and the performances of the Merseyside outfit have also left much to be desired.

Ronald Koeman is a good manager, but the Dutchman needs to start getting results from now on.

The Toffees have some wonderful players, who need to step up their game and rise to the occasion.

Brighton are fighting for survival in the Premier League this season and will be hard to win against, but Everton have better players than the side who won promotion from the Championship at the end of the 2016-17 campaign.

Everton should just about manage to pick up all three points from this afternoon’s encounter.
