Liverpool face a vitally important clash with Paris Saint-Germain tonight in the Champions League.

Ian Wright offered high words of praise for Liverpool, when speaking exclusively to the Sun, and suggested that Jürgen Klopp’s men will be considered as one of the favourites to win the Champions League, if they emerge unscathed from tonight’s clash with Paris Saint-Germain.
The Reds have made a fine start to their 2018/19 campaign, notching up 13 games unbeaten in the league, but their passage through to the knock-out stages of the Champions League seems to be fraught with danger.
Should Liverpool lose to PSG tonight and Napoli win their game, they will need nothing less than a win against the Italian outfit at Anfield in two weeks time if they are to stand any chance whatsoever of qualifying from their group.
Klopp’s men are on a fine run of form, though, and they will still fancy their chances of topping their group.
Wright admitted that he is a huge fan of the way in which Liverpool play, when speaking exclusively to the Sun, and made a big statement concerning their hopes of wining the Champions League:

“If they can marry the attacking form of last season with the defensive strength of this, they could very well leave PSG with a win. And if they do, I’d have to make them one of the big favourites to win the Champions League. That’s how highly I rate them.”
Liverpool will certainly have to be at their very best tonight, if they are to have any chance whatsoever of beating PSG, and if they can avoid defeat, they will be in a very strong position from which to qualify for the next stage of the competition.
