Theo Walcott is reportedly set to join Everton from Arsenal in the January transfer window.

According to BBC Sport, Walcott is set to leave Arsenal for Premier League rivals Everton in the January transfer window.
It has been reported that the former Southampton star, who can operate as a forward or as a winger, has had a medical today.
Arsenal legend Wright believes that it is a good move for the England international.

Wright said about Walcott on Sky Sports Main Event on Tuesday evening (9:38pm, January 16, 2018): “I think it works well for Theo. He needs to leave now.”

Walcott has been at Arsenal since 2006, but the former Southampton man has failed to progress over the past few years.
True, there have injury concerns, but when the Englishman has featured for the North London outfit, he has not always done well.
The England international has been nothing more than a squad player at Arsenal for the past few years.
Everton need pace in their team, and Walcott could provide just that. If manager Sam Allardyce deploys him as a striker, then he could even score a few important goals.
