Christian Eriksen is an important player for Tottenham Hotspur.

The Arsenal legend believes that the Denmark international attacking midfielder wants to leave Tottenham in the summer transfer window, as he wants to go to the next level.
Wright said about Eriksen on BBC Radio 5 Live: “He is at a club now where I think he believes that it’s not at the right level for him now. He wants to go to the next level, Christian Eriksen.”
Uncertain future
As reported by Metro, Eriksen said earlier this summer that he wants to leave Tottenham.
A report in The Guardian this month claimed that Manchester United have discussed a deal for the Denmark international attacking midfielder.
The report also claimed that Eriksen wants to move to Real Madrid, and that Juventus and Atletico Madrid want him.

Tottenham Hotspur stay
Eriksen is one of the best and most creative players in Europe, and it is hugely important that Tottenham keep hold of him beyond the summer transfer window.
True, Spurs run the risk of losing the 27-year-old on a free transfer next summer, but having the Dane in the team will enhance their chances of winning the Premier League title and making an impact in the Champions League this season.
