Everton were beaten 4-1 by Southampton in their last match, with Morgan Schneiderlin struggling for form.

Schneiderlin was selected to start during the contest at St. Mary’s, but the French international failed to impress.
The out of form 28-year-old once again was bypassed in midfield, as Southampton cruised to success.
The Saints beat Everton 4-1, to inflict further misery on the Toffees.
And Wright believes that Everton need to appoint a stronger manager to ensure that Schneiderlin’s performances improve.

The former Arsenal striker said: “They need to get a big character in as manager who will shake that squad up. “Morgan Schneiderlin might as well have had an invisibility cloak on today.”
Schneiderlin has taken a battering from Everton fans recently, with his attitude coming into question.

The former Manchester United man has been one of Everton’s worst performers of the campaign, with the Merseyside club’s form terrible.
The Toffees are currently in 16th place in the Premier League table, with concerns that they could get relegated growing by the game.
