Ian Taylor has taken to Instagram to give his reaction to Aston Villa’s defeat to Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon.

Villa suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Palace away from home at Selhurst Park in London in the Premier League.

Jordan Ayew scored the only goal of the match in the 73rd minute, as the Villans ended the game with 10 men due to the dismissal of Trezeguet for two bookable offences in the 54th minute.

Henri Lansbury’s late goal for Dean Smith’s side was also disallowed for a supposed dive from Jack Grealish.

Villa legend Taylor was following the match, and he has taken to Instagram to give his reaction to the final result and he is not happy.

Taylor believers that Lansbury’s goal should have stood, and he has also said that the Villa players were unnecessarily shown yellow cards.

According to BBC Sport, against Palace on Saturday afternoon, Villa had 47% of the possession, took 10 shots of which two were on target, and earned two corners.
