Ian Taylor has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Aston Villa’s defeat to Derby County away from home.
Villa suffered a 2-0 loss at the hands of Derby at the Pride Park Stadium in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.
Andreas Weimann put the Rams in the lead in the 24th minute, and Johnny Russell doubled the second in the first minute of injury time.
Former Villa midfielder Taylor was following the match, and he has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the defeat for Steve Bruce’s side.
The 49-year-old was disappointed with the final result, but he was impressed with the performance of Jack Grealish.
The 22-year-old, who can operate as a winger or as an attacking midfielder, started the match for Villa against Derby and played for the entire 90 minutes.
The defeat to Derby means that Villa are now fifth in the Championship table with 37 points from 22 matches, 10 points behind second-placed Cardiff City.
