Aston Villa lost 1-0 at Swansea City on Saturday afternoon.
Aston Villa icon Ian Taylor took to Twitter in anger once again on Saturday evening as the Midlands outfit lost 1-0 at Swansea City.
The Swans didn’t look all-too-convincing but ultimately secured a big three points towards confirming their Premier League status.
And it all came down to yet another individual error – this time from goalkeeper Brad Guzan.
Taylor was incensed…
However, another former Aston Villa man in Paul McGrath reacted positively on social media.
He wasn’t going to praise Villa’s performance, of course, but he did praise the performance of the club’s supporters.
Next up for Aston Villa are home clashes against Chelsea and Bournemouth in the Premier League.
Could Villa’s relegation to the Championship be confirmed very soon?
With seven games left, there is still a mathematical chance of Villa staying up but it has seemed like a matter of when rather than if for some months now.
