West Bromwich Albion recently dismissed Darren Moore as their manager.

The former Crystal Palace and Queens Park Rangers boss, who is without a managerial job at the moment, has suggested that Moore should not have been relieved of his duties at West Brom.
The Baggies decided to part company with Moore following the 1-1 draw with Ipswich Town at The Hawthorns in the Championship this past Saturday.
West Brom are fourth in the Championship table at the moment with 61 points from 36 matches.
The Birmingham Mail quotes Holloway as saying: “I think it’s harsh. I think it’s unbelievably harsh. A week ago they’re talking about taking on Leeds and going above Leeds, but it happens.
“It happened to me at Bristol Rovers, we had a good away record, but we couldn’t win at home and fans who don’t go away start moaning. It’s all about expectation.
“If you’re West Brom you’re hoping you go back up, but you shouldn’t be expecting to go back up. This is the Championship you know.
“I thought he deserved the right to have the job, and I think they’re taking a massive risk.”

Strange decision?
West Brom, who got relegated from the Premier League at the end of the last season, are unlikely to finish in the top two of the Championship this campaign, but the Baggies are pretty much guaranteed a place in the playoffs.
It does appear to be a strange decision, but if West Brom return to the Premier League for the 2019-20 campaign, then everyone will look back on it and say that it was wise.
