Queens Park Rangers finished this season in 18th place in the Championship table.

Ian Holloway has told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, which was broadcast on TalkSPORT on 16th May, that he wants to add three or four new signings at Queens Park Rangers this summer.

QPR have endured a difficult campaign this time around, and finished in 18th place in the Championship table.

Rangers lost seven of their last eight games to get dragged into a relegation fight, but managed to survive.

Holloway is now under serious pressure to spark an improvement next term.

And to do so, the 54-year-old is eyeing up new signings, to ensure that he has added quality available to him.

“We’ve got to be better,” Holloway admitted.

“I have a massive challenge on my hands. I’m really looking forward to making three or four signings to help us become a more steady team.”

Holloway has already admitted that QPR will be looking to cut costs this season, which means that players may have to be offloaded before any new additions can come in at Loftus Road.

Holloway has appealed for time, suggesting that it will take him three windows to get things right at Rangers.

However, the reality is, QPR will have to start next season well – otherwise his position is likely to come under heavy scrutiny.
