Queens Park Rangers are in a precarious position in the Championship table.
QPR boss Ian Holloway has hit out at the club’s fans for booing Karl Henry, when he came on as a 62nd minute substitute in the place of Sandro during their 2-1 loss to Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Championship last night, as quoted by the Evening Standard.
Holloway has made a slow start upon his return to Loftus Road, losing two of his opening three games in charge of the Hoops, and last night’s loss left them in 15th position in the Championship table, having played a game more than every other team bar Wolves.

And the QPR manager spoke to reporters in the aftermath of the game, choosing to highlight his club’s fans poor treatment of Henry as something that was unwarranted, as quoted by the Evening Standard:
“That upsets me more than anything. Sandro was never going to last. I had to protect him. So I put an experienced one on and he got booed. Please do not do that to my players. I do not like that. They might not be your favourite but please do not do that. I have got every right to say that. I do not understand. It might not have been all our lads, it might have been some Wolves fans. But let’s have a bit of respect.”

Henry, 34, has made 15 appearances in all competitions for QPR so far this season, and was booed heavily after he entered the fray last night in place of Brazilian midfielder Sandro.
That, in turn, led to a toxic atmosphere at Loftus Road, as the Hoops went on to lose the game comfortably, despite the scoreline being close.
The West London outfit will be looking to bounce back with a win away at Rotherham United in eight days time.
