Queens Park Rangers have lost seven of their last eight matches, under Ian Holloway’s stewardship.
Queens Park Rangers fans have reacted angrily to Ian Holloway’s latest appeal for time at Loftus Road, as covered by West London Sport.
Holloway has claimed that it will take him two transfer windows to rectify the faults at QPR.
He said: “It’s going to take another couple of windows. We’re not moving forward money-wise, we’ll be moving backwards.
“Other clubs might be adding to their budgets, but we’ve thrown a load of money away and we’re not going to do that anymore.
“Hopefully, with the new scouting network I’m putting together, I’ll be able to coach and I’ll be able to get people I can have.”
QPR fans do not seem to be in the mood to give Holloway time to put things right, though.
Holloway has endured a difficult time at QPR so far, with results not going his way.
The 54-year-old boss made a poor start to life at Rangers, but appeared to have steadied the ship.
However, QPR have lost seven of their last eight matches to close their campaign.
And Holloway appears to be under pressure to ensure QPR start well next term – otherwise he could lose the bulk of the fans’ support at Loftus Road.
