Chris Wood has been linked with moves away from Leeds United in the summer transfer window.

Ian Harte has told 888sport that Leeds United need to hold onto star striker Chris Wood for the 2017-18 campaign.
Wood is one of the best strikers in the Championship and was in stunning form for Leeds this past season.
The 25-year-old New Zealand international striker scored 27 goals and provided four assists in the Championship for the Whites in 2016-17.

The former West Bromwich Albion and Leicester City striker was a key figure for Leeds this past season, as they almost ended up in the top six of the Championship.
Wood’s performances for the Whites this past campaign have seen him linked with moves away from Elland Road in the summer transfer window.
According to The Sun, Premier League clubs West Ham United, Southampton, Swansea City and Stoke City all are interested in signing Wood from Leeds in the summer.

Former Leeds left-back Harte believes that the West Yorkshire outfit need to keep hold of Wood and other key players of the 2016-17 campaign.
Ian Harte, speaking exclusively to 888sport, said when asked how important it is that Leeds hold on to Wood next season, and whether he will be the difference between a promotion chasing team and one stuck in the Championship: “Of course because of all the goals that he has scored but it’s also important that they keep hold of their centre-halves because they’ve been so solid.
“They need to strengthen in certain positions and bring in better players who will be capable of handling the Premier League. I’m sure that’s what they’ll be addressing over the summer.”
