Leeds United overcame Derby County last week to keep their momentum going.
Former Leeds United defender Ian Harte has been speaking to Sky Sports’ Goals on Sunday about the Whites’ recent performance against Derby County.
Leeds ran out 1-0 winners courtesy of a strike from New Zealand international Chris Wood and their all-round performance was superb, with teenage midfielder Ronaldo Vieira standing out for his mature showing in the centre of the park.

Speaking of that win, Harte told Sky Sports, “I thought the performance against Derby in the first half was pretty special.
“They were in their face and controlled the game from start to finish.”
The victory took Leeds up to third in the Championship and while there is still a lot of work to do, manager Garry Monk can take heart from a job very well done up to this point.

Next up for Leeds is a trip to Oakwell to take on Barnsley, and the Whites have a run of games that should see them pick up plenty more points before tougher challenges to come.
Leeds have been away from the Premier League for far too long and if they keep playing like they did against Derby this could be their last year outside the top flight for quite some time.
