Former Leeds United star Ian Harte has praised Norwich City on Twitter, but he has also hit back at a fan of the Canaries.
Leeds suffered a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Norwich at Elland Road in the Championship on Saturday evening.
Although the West Yorkshire had 63% of the possession, Norwich played well and deservedly picked up all three points from the encounter.
Former Leeds left-back Harte has praised Norwich for the way they played at Elland Road, but the former Republic of Ireland international has hit back at a fan of the Canaries, reminding him that back in August 2018, Marcelo Bielsa’s side won 3-0 at Carrow Road in the Championship.
The result at Elland Road on Saturday evening showed just how tricky it is going to be for Leeds to finish in the top two of the Championship this season, while Norwich proved that despite being the surprise package of the campaign, the Canaries can clinch automatic promotion to the Premier League.
