Tottenham Hotspur fans do not exactly appear keen on the idea of Christian Eriksen joining Arsenal.
Corriere Dello Sport suggest that Arsenal could look to sign Eriksen from Inter Milan in January, just 12 months after he left Spurs.
Eriksen may have fallen out of favour with Tottenham fans during his past year at the club.
However, he is still fondly remembered by many at Spurs, and the idea of him joining Arsenal has not gone down at all well.
The Italian media actually claims that Arsenal could look to do a swap deal for Eriksen, with Granit Xhaka joining Inter Milan.
If Mikel Arteta’s side could pull off the transfer then Eriksen could be just the player they need.
Arsenal have lacked creativity in midfield, and Eriksen would certainly be able to offer them that.
The Danish midfielder has been out of sorts for around two years now though, and if he was to return to North London he would do so with a point to prove.
