Celtic fans have taken to Twitter to react after Neil Doncaster refused to rule out the Scottish Premiership being null and voided this season.
The Chief Executive of Scotland’s top-flight said that every option is on the table if the campaign has to be brought to a halt.
The Daily Record quote him as saying: ‘We certainly hope we will complete 100% of the fixtures in all four divisions this season. It will be for the members to determine what happens in the event they are not.
‘In the event the games couldn’t be played, then once again the members might have a decision to make.’
Now, if the season was null and voided, it would arguably be the cruellest thing to ever happen from a Rangers perspective.

Steven Gerrard’s side are currently 21 points clear at the top of the table, and look destined to land the Scottish Premiership title.
Should their efforts be null and voided due to COVID-19, it would be crushing for the Gers.
However, we presume it would be excellent news for most Celtic supporters, who perhaps can’t stand the sight of their arch-rivals running away with the title.

Doncaster states that it will be down to the members of the organisation to decide what happens, in the event that football is halted again.
However, the Chief Executive adds that, at the moment, there is no reason to believe the Scottish Premiership season won’t be carried out in its entirety.
Let’s see what the Celtic fans have been saying about Doncaster’s comments…
