Ian Wright has told the Wrighty’s House podcast that he is becoming worried about Leeds United being dragged into a relegation battle.
Leeds made a bright start to the campaign, but their results have just taken a turn for the worse in recent weeks.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side were heavily beaten by Tottenham Hotspur and lost to Brighton & Hove Albion without posing much of a threat.
Leeds also were knocked out of the FA Cup by Crawley Town.
And with Fulham gaining momentum below them, Wright has said that he is starting to worry for Leeds.
“Leeds, Wolves and Newcastle – if I’m their fans at the moment I think I’m feeling nervy,” he said.
“Fulham for me will probably be feeling, with the way they are playing, they look like a problem and a danger.
“They will feel like they can get out of that.

“I worry for Wolves and Newcastle. And I think Leeds need to get back to the Leeds of the start of the season.”
Leeds still have a healthy cushion over the bottom three, but they will not want their winless run to extend any further.
The Whites are next in action against fellow strugglers Newcastle United, and if Marcelo Bielsa’s side are beaten by Steve Bruce’s men then alarm bells really could start to ring around Elland Road.
