Granada goalkeeper Rui Silva has confirmed that he will leave the La Liga outfit on a free transfer in the summer amid interest from Everton, Barcelona and Inter Milan, via Gazzetta dello Sport.
Speaking to AS in the build up to an intriguing Europa League clash with Napoli, Granada winger Darwin Machis admitted that he was desperate to see the talismanic goalkeeper stay for another year at the Nuevo Estadio los Carmenes.
But Machis, and the rest of Diego Martinez’s squad, look destined to bid an emotional farewell to a man who has evolved into one of La Liga’s finest shot-stoppers over the last 18 months.
26-year-old Silva is due to become a free agent in July and, with some of the biggest clubs on the continent showing an interest, he has no intention of staying at a perennially-overachieving Granada side.
“I can say that my contract is about to expire and that I will not renew with Granada,” the former Nacional man explained.

Estadio Deportivo reports that Everton are keen on Silva, a penalty-saving specialist blessed with feline reflexes.
Yet his chances of a move to Goodison Park would depend on whether the Toffees decide to sign Robin Olsen on a permanent basis from Roma.
Inter Milan, meanwhile, see Silva as a potential successor for 36-year-old Samir Handanovic, according to Passione Inter, while cash-strapped Barcelona are also eyeing a bargain deal for the Portuguese (Marca).
