Tottenham Hotspur fans can’t believe West Ham have put in a rumoured bid for Leeds United’s, Raphinha.

It won’t be too long before the January transfer window slams shut and West Ham are seemingly trying to make an ambitious move that might just upset some, or even everyone, at Leeds United.

The Guardian have claimed that, not only have Leeds turned down a bid for their quick-footed Brazilian from West Ham, but they have also rejected a bid for their hard-hitting midfielder, Kalvin Phillips.

There are some Spurs fans stating that if West Ham are going for Raphinha, then they should also try their luck in luring his talents in their direction.

Leeds are hovering above the relegation zone and it could be argued that both Phillips and Raphinha are their two most important players – even though one is currently injured.

Whilst there won’t be much worry from Leeds of going down, at this moment in time, those within the four walls of Elland Road will know that another dip in form could see them dragged right into the relegation scrap.

Either way, it would send shockwaves across the footballing world if either Raphinha or Phillips rocked up at the London Stadium by Monday evening.

David Moyes’s side are fighting for the Champions League places with Spurs and it would send out a signal of intent to their rivals also if they managed to land either player.

Surely, even during this crazy footballing transfer world, such a deal or deals can’t happen.

But, at the end of the day, in this inflated footballing world, money talks and nothing should ever be ruled out.

Here is a selection of Spurs fans reacting to West Ham seemingly trying to push for Raphinha:
