Speaking on Rio Ferdinand’s YouTube channel, Fabrizio Romano has shared what he’s been told about Bukayo Saka amid links to Liverpool.

The youngster is arguably one of the greatest Arsenal academy products in history, and while he’s got a strong loyalty to the north London outfit, there have been some murmurings that Liverpool could move for the winger.

However, according to Romano, Saka absolutely loves Arsenal, and he even has plans to discuss a new deal with the Gunners in the coming months.

What’s been said?

Romano shared what he knows about Saka.

“They’re also working on Bukayo Saka’s future because this boy is really special. It’s always Liverpool rumours, this is what I was asking yesterday and the answer I received was that Bukayo loves Arsenal, he loves the club, he’s a good guy and a genuine guy, and this is why he’s not planning to leave in the summer. He’s not focused on a new deal now because he wants to focus on the season, but at the end of the season he will have a meeting with Arsenal and discuss a new deal,” Romano said.

Great for Arsenal

This is exactly what Arsenal fans will have wanted to hear.

Saka is the Gunners’ prized asset, and it sounds as though he’s not going anywhere anytime soon.

Of course, stranger things have happened in football, and with Liverpool interested you can never write anything off, but it looks as though the England star has no plans to leave north London.
