Amid plenty of speculation about his future, West Brom maestro Matheus Pereira has taken to Twitter to make his stance crystal clear.
What did he say?
Writing on Twitter, the Brazilian made it very clear that he’d like to leave the Hawthorns, amid interest from a number of Premier League clubs.
The 25-year-old wrote: ‘I want to leave. I want to seek new experiences, but want to do this in a fair and correct manner.’
You can see Pereira’s statement in full below.
West Brom’s No.12 is wanted by West Ham, Leeds and Crystal Palace.
It was said that David Moyes sat in the driving seat in the race to sign the South American, as West Ham reportedly held talks with Pereira.
It was also said that West Brom want £30m for the attacker, who was believed to be interested in joining Leeds.
Now, we should expect talk about his future to hot up after he released his statement.
Where else could Matheus Pereira go?

Interestingly, Pereira reveals in his statement that he recently received a life-changing offer from a financial aspect.
That revelation comes amid interest from Al-Halil, a Saudi-based outfit who can surely make the Baggies playmaker a very rich man indeed.
In that respect, it all comes down to what Pereira wants from his career.

He can stay in the Premier League and play at the highest level in England.
On the other hand, he can ensure his bank balance is looking very good, but sacrifice the footballing limelight by playing in the Saudi Pro League.
Whatever happens, it’s certainly worth keeping an eye on this saga.
