The report claimed that last season’s La Liga and UEFA Champions League winners are willing to sell the left-back for €20 million (£17.5 million).
Madrid paid £47 million for the France international defender when they signed him from Lyon in the summer of 2019 (Sky Sports).

Mendy has had injury problems at Madrid, and Ancelotti has been playing Eduardo Camavinga at left-back.
Camavinga is a midfielder by trade.
