Adrian has revealed that he has no intention of leaving Liverpool, insisting that his future is at Anfield.

The Spanish goalkeeper joined the reigning European champions last summer on a Bosman after being released by West Ham United.

And despite a few questionable displays, Adrian has been a successful signing for Liverpool overall.

The 33-year-old has managed 18 appearances across all competitions under Jurgen Klopp this season due to various Alisson absences.

There have been rumours about a return to Spain this summer, but Adrian is adamant that he’s very happy at Liverpool at the moment.

He told Radio Sevilla: “I see myself in Liverpool at the moment.

“I still have many years of football left, and we will see. I have one more year and another optional one. Right now I wouldn’t change anything to be here in Liverpool and enjoy this beautiful moment.”

As far as number twos go, Liverpool have a fine deputy for Alisson in Adrian.

He has incurred the wrath of Reds fans on a few occasions since arriving last summer, but if you ask them if they’d prefer Adrian or Simon Mignolet or Loris Karius as the Brazilian’s back-up, the majority would state they’re happy with the former Hammer.
