The pundit has said that he was not feeling confident about a potential move for Bellingham to Liverpool, but he has changed his stance now.
This follows speculation that Liverpool are willing to pay €150 million (£129.35 million) for the 19-year-old England international midfielder.
Well-known and well-respected journalist Fabrizio Romano has told CaughtOffSide that Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Real Madrid all want Bellingham.

In our view, Liverpool could be able to sign Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2023.
As long as the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners are willing to pay what Dortmund want for the midfielder, they should be able to sign him.
Now, of course, Real Madrid and Manchester City are big clubs, but Liverpool are a global brand who are certainly very attractive and appealing to all players.
