Former Premier League striker Louis Saha has bigged up Aston Villa winger Leon Bailey and stated that ‘I love his goals and his agility’.
Ever since Steven Gerrard was sacked by Villa, one player that has found a new lease of life has been their all-action winger.
Given the licence to play like a winger, the £25 million man (BBC Sport) has caused havoc against Brentford and against Man United, both home and away.

He was on the bench for Villa’s win against Brighton on Sunday because of illness, but that didn’t stop him from coming on and making the ball talk.
Either way, Bailey has a fan in former Everton and Manchester United man Saha, who stated that Unai Emery’s side need to ‘defend better’ if they are to add consistency to their game, as he told Sky Sports Premier League.
“I love Bailey,” said Saha. “I don’t know what you think, Jamie (Redknapp). But I love his goals and his agility. I think this is a great side to watch play.
“But they have to defend better. They have to find that consistency that is very important for them.”

BAILEY WILL COOK UNDER EMERY
It’s still early days, but it already feels like that Bailey is going to cook under the stewardship of Unai Emery in the long run.
Even during Villa’s heavy defeat to Newcastle a couple of weeks ago, prior to Emery taking to the dugout for the first time, he was one of Villa’s better players.
Gerrard just couldn’t get the best out of the winger, mainly because of how he utilised the player, but now that he is free, fans are seeing the best of the player.
