Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal renew hostilities tomorrow afternoon.

Mikel Arteta’s side travel across North London for another meeting with their local neighbours, Spurs.

It’s the first North London derby at Tottenham’s £1 billion stadium but, without fans present due to the global health emergency, it remains to be seen what the occasion will be like as a spectacle.

There’s a number of interesting sub-plots to this and one of them is how Arteta will fare against a veteran coach like Jose Mourinho.

The Arsenal boss is still very wet behind the ears in this game, having only got the job back in December for what is his first foray into senior management.

And although Mourinho – a two-time Champions League winner – admits that he can’t wish the Spaniard well tomorrow, he does concede that he likes him ‘very, very much’.

The Portuguese coach told Football London: “I like him very, very much, I hope everything goes well for him in his career but in this moment he is in a rival club, a club that fights for the same thing we fight – a European position and I cannot wish him good in this position.

Arsenal are undeniably the form horse in this one.

Mourinho’s side have taken four points out of the previous three games – including a hammering by Sheffield United last week – and the Gunners are looking for a fourth away victory on the spin in all competitions.

Arteta has them playing some brilliant, intense football and it’ll be fascinating to see what happens tomorrow.
