Leeds United star Rodrigo has told AS that he hopes that Goncalo Guedes is successful at Bruno Lage’s Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Wolves have signed Guedes from Valencia in the summer transfer window.
As reported by The Daily Mail, Wolves have paid Valencia £27.5 million in transfer fees to secure the services of the 25-year-old Portugal international winger.
Rodrigo, who can operate as an attacking midfielder, striker or winger, played with Guedes at Valencia.
And the 31-year-old Spain international hopes that the Portuguese star is successful at Wolves.

Rodrigo told AS when asked about Guedes: “And I hope he has a great time. Wolves are another team who are doing things very well.
“They are just another Premier League team, and yet 30 million have been spent on one of the best players in a Spanish club like Valencia. There you can see the difference in where one league is going.”
Good signing for Wolves
In our view, Goncalo Guedes is a very good signing for Wolverhampton Wanderers and will make Bruno Lage’s side better and more potent in attack.
Guedes made 30 starts and six substitute appearances in La Liga for Valencia last season.
The winger scored 11 goals and gave six assists in those matches.
The Portugal international made 27 starts and four substitute appearances in the league for Los Che in 2020-21.
Guedes scored five goals and gave five assists in those matches.
The winger scores goals and creates chances, and with a little bit of time and patience, he could really explode in the Premier League.
