Nedum Onuoha said on Soccer AM on Sky One on Saturday morning (11:13am, January 9, 2021) that he has heard that Aston Villa attacking midfielder Jack Grealish might join Manchester City.
Villa star Grealish, who can also operate as a winger, has been linked with City as well as their city rivals Manchester United.
According to The Daily Mail, both United and City are interested in the England international.
Former City defender Onuoha said that he has heard that Grealish might join Pep Guardiola’s side, not United.
Onuoha said on Soccer AM on Sky One on Saturday morning (11:13am, January 9, 2021): “To be honest, I have heard he might go to City. He is a top player, Jack Grealish is a top player, and United might benefit from having a player like that in that building.”

Grealish is one of the best attacking players in the Premier League, and he could well be the subject of bids from City and United.
However, it is hard to see the Villans sell the 25-year-old in the middle of the season. After all, Grealish is the creator-in-chief for Dean Smith’s side.
According to WhoScored, the England international has scored five goals and provided seven assists in 15 Premier League matches for Villa so far this season.
Villa are eighth in the Premier League table at the moment with 26 points from 15 matches.
