Some Arsenal fans on social media have been reacting after seeing Martin Odegaard missed the Gunners’ training session ahead of their Europa League clash with Slavia Prague.
The Norwegian has been a key player for Arsenal since joining in January, but he’s had fitness problems in recent times.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem as though Odegaard’s issue has subsided as he missed the Gunners’ session ahead of this clash.
Mikel Arteta has said that he’s not made a decision about whether or not he’ll be able to play and that he needs to be assessed before the game, but the fact that he wasn’t present in the training photos certainly isn’t a good sign.
The Europa League is arguably Arsenal’s top priority right now, and losing a player like Odegaard for this vital clash will certainly sting.
Fingers crossed the Gunners can navigate this tricky tie without the Real Madrid loanee.
